I strongly think the nine pots represent the nava nidhis and not nine planets, they look like overturned pots :compare with old statues of jambhala/vaisravana/kubera
It is possible. In this case, I do not see a link between Nav Nidhis and Govinda Bhairava. Interesting thought and I will keep an eye to see whether we get more clues. Thanks.
