This is Vishnu with his consort Lakshmi. In this form, he is called Lakshminarayana.
The identification of Vishnu is through his attributes. Here he is holding Shankha, Chakra, Lotus and Chakra in his hands, clockwise starting from his lower right hand. To see the Chakra, refer to the side view. Lakshmi is identified by association. The lotus and the breastband reinforce the identification.
This website has several Lakshminarayanans, representing different geographic regions. What is special about this Vigraha is that Vishnu is holding the four major attributes. Quite often, you see Vishnu with only two attributes, Shankha and Chakra.

This Vigraha is from Tamil Nadu, and there is a strong Vijayanagar influence. This bronze may date to the eighteenth century. This Vigraha is about 10 cm in height.
