Yoga Narasimha – In print.

The latest book, the second in a three-volume sequel, by Dhruva Gorrick, is a pure joy. It is a coffee-table book. The photos are fantastic and riveting.

For the first time, someone has attempted to collate information on Yoga Narasimha from different parts of India. It is a vast subject, and I realised it while going through this volume.

Of special interest to me is the section of the Bronzes of India collection. Nine of the Yoga Narasimha from my collection are published in this book. Three of those bronzes are yet to be published on this website.

The photos of the nine bronzes are included for your perusal.

Understandably, I am thrilled with this recognition.

Narasimha, the God of Yoga, is a monumental volume of over 490 pages. It is filled with lively photos of temples and their murthis, bronzes (in worship and collections), paintings, and followers of Narasimha. A collector’s volume indeed.
